Our client, widely known international company, a market leader, opens the vacancy of Process Engineer at their production plant at Velikiy Novgorod region.
The main scope of this position includes:
- Main focus on processes related to drilling lines.
- Participation in products launch projects, preparation data for M3.
- Preparation of technical documentation, drawings, instructions.
- Testing and selection of tools and materials for process and product.
- Investigation of factors decreasing quality and capacity of lines.
- Leading of projects aimed to improve KPIs.
- Technical support of operational staff: team leaders, operators.
- Cooperation with suppliers.
- Collecting feedback from maintenance and production teams.
- Benchmarking, trainings for new employees.
You can succeed in this position if you:
- University degree (Technical).
- At least 3 years of experience in production or technical team.
- English at Intermediate level.
- Experienced PC-user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PP), AutoCAD.
- Experience with ERP-system is nice to have.
- Leadership skills.
- Team player, communicative, trouble shooting, eagerness to learn deeply, desire to develop both personally and professionally.
