Responsibilities:

  • Gather local internal customers’ requirements.
  • Provide insights on local supplier market.
  • Compliance check for all types of PO (generic & automated), paper agreement and all valid documentation is in place before PO issue
  • PR - PO conversion for non-stockable materials through Coupa System
  • Spot buy through Coupa System
  • PR - PO conversion for stockable materials through SAP for MRO & POSM Categories
  • Info-records and source lists creation & changes
  • Vendor Master Data Forms completion (vendor creation for Spot buy)
  • Quotations preparation for requestors; negotiations with suppliers
  • PO signing, sending to suppliers & initiators
  • Support initial and on-going spot buy initiatives locally.
  • Provide support and necessary local contacts during initial spot buy exercise.
  • Link with stakeholders proactively to understand business needs
  • Facilitate or form a link between the local business users or Master Shoppers and the Procurement organization.
  • Diffuse and ensure the respect of the Procurement procedures (including ZBB policies)
  • Act as first escalation point for local business users or Master Shopper’s related issues and drive resolution in line with regional and global Procurement policies.
  • Independently act and communicate with senior level stakeholders on behalf of Procurement
  • Lead projects on the country level (e.g. project for more than 1 plant) being responsible for forming and managing project teams (involving Spend Area Managers and LPRs), action planning and implementation;
  • Ad hoc request by the Procurement center or Procurement Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • More than 2 years of experience in FMCG international companies, preferable is broad background across different business functions;
  • Experience is indirect materials procurement (непрямые материалы);
  • All transactional works in SAP systems skills knowledge;
  • Experience in work in contract, PO and Commercial Offers
  • Ability to support customers through effective communication and behavior.
  • Ability to effectively apply processes & policies and motivate MDLZ users to be compliant.
  • Good Interpersonal, Communication skills
  • Time management and prioritizing;
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines in a complex international environment
  • Strong Customer Service orientation

  • Experience to build internal long term relationship and engage with stakeholders
